Advancing American energy security with offshore wind

Corio Generation looks forward to working with President Trump and the incoming U.S. Federal Administration in advancing American energy security following the 2024 Presidential election.

Corio Generation is an Attentive Energy joint venture partner and is developing an offshore wind project off the coast of New Jersey and New York. When completed, the 3,000 MW project has the potential to generate enough electricity to power nearly one million homes.

"As the American Clean Power Association noted in its response to the election results, domestically produced clean power will be vital to meeting our nation’s increasing electricity demand," said Eric Thumma, Head of U.S. for Corio Generation.

“Offshore wind is helping to strengthen America’s manufacturing sector, creating good paying jobs for coastal states and workers in both rural and urban communities across this country," he continued.
