Energising Philippines with offshore wind
Corio Generation is aiming to develop up to five offshore wind projects in Philippines totalling 3 gigawatts.
This pipeline comprises 2 GW of fixed-bottom and 1 GW of floating wind projects. These projects are located off the coasts of Cavite, Batangas-Mindoro, IIoilo and Guimaras.
In July 2024, two of our offshore wind projects received green lane certification from the Philippine Board of Investments. This green lane certification means the projects in Cavite and Guimaras will benefit from expedited processing of permits and licenses.
